The Yavapai County Court is form of the following Divisions: Prescott Justice Court - 1st floor, Superior Court Division, Superior Court Division, Superior Court Division, Superior Court Division, and the Superior Court Division.

The Superior Court is the trial court of general jurisdiction for the State of Arizona and the judges hear cases which involve felony prosecutions, civil cases over $10,000, probate matters, marriage dissolutions and annulments, real property title and possession matters. The Prescott Justice Court is located on the 1st floor; The Superior Court Division II is located on the 4th floor; The Superior Court Division III is located on the 2nd floor; The Superior Court Division IV is located on the 3rd floor; The Superior Court Division V is located on the 4th floor; The Superior Court Division VI is located on the 3rd Floor.
